Two victims of an abuser who beat and raped them are demanding tougher justice for violent and controlling men. Allen Alexander-Rouse raped Julie Crompton while she was on the phone and attacked Caitlin Stroud so viciously when she tried to leave him that she feared she would be killed.

The thug behaved like a gentleman at first but soon isolated them from loved ones, becoming sadistic. Julie, 48, and Caitlin, 27, have become friends and now want to help other women.
