Martin Lewis is an ITV favourite when it comes to teaching the public how to best take care of their finances.The MoneySavingExpert.com founder wrote a cheeky tweet about his colleague following Money Mastermind, wondering "whose side he was on".
In view of his 1.3 million followers Martin, 49, wrote today: “Very disappointed in MSE Petar (he of the tweets during my live shows). “He just sent me this about my Money Mastermind questions on @bbc5live.“‘I was on the edge of my seat as he [@TherealNihal] was reasoning his way through it… Delighted for him!’“Just whose side is he on!” Martin concluded. (sic) Today, Martin appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live for his Ask Martin Lewis podcast.During the episode, the financial expert explained the recent changes to the student loan system.These changes will reportedly see graduates start paying off their loans at a lower earnings threshold and for longer.BBC radio presenter Nihal Arthanayake spoke about the issue with Martin.
The end of Martin’s segment on the show includes Money Mastermind, which features Martin asking a series of money-related questions.
Nihal appears to get these questions wrong the majority of the time, but Martin’s colleague weighed in that he was “delighted” to see Nihal “reasoning his way through it” today - something a competitive Martin pretended to be outraged by.
