Tess Daly has reportedly been valuing her husband Vernon Kay's support "more than ever", in light of recent controversies linked to Strictly Come Dancing.
The BBC series kicked off its live shows last weekend with co-hosts Tess and Claudia Winkleman welcoming audiences, all 15 pairings taking to the dance floor, and the four judges resuming their seats.
According to a source, Tess and Claudia "put on brave faces" for the new series following apparent uncertainties behind-the-scenes.
This comes after ex Strictly professionals Giovanni Pernice and Graziano Di Prima left the show following misconduct allegations.
