BreAnna Bell United Talent Agency has partnered with longtime TV executive Nick Emmerson, investing in his newly launched unscripted studio, Headers and Volleys Entertainment, Variety has learned exclusively.

UTA continues to rep Emmerson in the US. Based in Brighton and London, UK, HAVE will focus on creating and producing unscripted content for the UK, the international SVODs and the US market, with several projects currently in development. “I am absolutely buzzing about my new venture, HAVE, a vibrant home for talented people and great ideas.

Creativity will be the beating heart of everything we do. I can’t wait to get going,” said Emmerson in a statement. President David Kramer shares, “Nick is one of the most accomplished and admired producers in unscripted and we are excited to partner with him and his team.

HAVE is a natural fit for UTA as we continue to invest in international and domestic growth opportunities that shape the future of culture and entertainment.” Prior to the launch, Emmerson worked for over two decades creating and show running multiple TV shows in the UK and the US including “Jailbreak,” “Selling Houses,” “Supernanny,” “Real Housewives of New York City,” “Marriage Ref,” “Basketball Wives,” “Styled to Rock” and “Charlotte Church’s Dream Build.” The executive was previously president of Shed Media US until he vacated his post in 2013 to lead UK-based production company, Ricochet, as CEO.
