Urgent appeal issued to find missing 17-year-old boy from east Manchester

People are being urged to look out for a teenager who is missing from home in Manchester. Officers say Adam has been reported missing from Gorton, in east Manchester.

Officers are concerned for the 17-year-old's welfare. His surname has not been given by Greater Manchester Police. The force has issued an urgent appeal to find him on Facebook this morning (February 13).

A photo of Adam has also been shared alongside the appeal. Anyone who sees Adam, or has any information on his whereabouts, is urged to come forward to GMP as soon as possible.

A GMP Manchester North spokesperson said: "Adam, age 17 years old, has been reported missing from the Gorton area of Manchester. "Anyone with information on Adam's whereabouts is urged to come forward as soon as possible.
