Patrick Ennis, at the time a North West Ambulance Service advanced paramedic, said he wasn't prepared for the young ages of some of the casualties in the City Room.
Mr Ennis was the only paramedic in the City Room area of the Arena for 40 minutes after the 10.31pm explosion on May 22, 2017.
