Luigi Mangione had a message for the “American people” on Tuesday. As the 26-year-old murder suspect was being led into court by cops on Tuesday afternoon, he could be seen getting out of a police vehicle and seemingly reacting to something off-camera.

He turned to face the media while fighting as cops tried to get control of him, shouting: It’s unclear what he was referring to as he was quickly ushered inside. See (below): He is currently facing numerous charges in New York and Pennsylvania, where he was arrested days after allegedly killing the UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
