King Charles and his younger sibling Prince Andrew have been at odds for months over the occupancy of the 30-room Royal Lodge on the Windsor Park estate.
It's rumoured that King Charles is eager to move the Duke of York onto new pastures, and he may even have a replacement in mind.
In 2021, it was revealed that Andrew, aged 64, was finding it difficult to cover the £400,000-a-year maintenance costs of the £30 million property. The King has reportedly been keen to stop his private funding for security on the estate and relocate Andrew to more humble living quarters, such as nearby Frogmore Cottage.
