Benjy Leslie, 25, who is the CEO and founder of Connect Management - the largest social-first talent agency - has always believed that treating his staff well means that in turn, they have more motivation to get work done.
He has taken his team on holidays to places like the Maldives and Disneyland Paris, as well as introducing 'Santa Leslie incentive' where the team member who has made the most revenue that day gets to pick out a present - with one being a Rolex watch.
The entrepreneur says that it's all "worth it" to have happy staff and a positive work environment. Benjy, from Willesden, London, said: "I love giving back.
