Tyson Fury showed little sympathy for Dillian Whyte ’s knockout defeat to Alexander Povetkin after cheekily tweeting his congratulations to the Russian.

Whyte endured only a second career loss after suffering a brutal fifth-round KO in the heavyweight clash at Fight Camp on Saturday night.It had looked like plain sailing for the Brit after he had controlled the first four rounds, even knocking down Povetkin on two separate occasions.But 30 seconds into the fifth round it was over in an instance as Whyte was himself sent crashing to the canvas after a huge uppercut, where the fight was instantly waved off.Whyte would have had a mandatory shot at Fury's WBC heavyweight title enforced if he defeated Povetkin, but this has now been majorly.
