Two people were left with 'slash wounds' after a 'disturbance' broke out on a street in north Manchester this morning. Police and paramedics were called to the scene of the incident on Ash Tree Road in Crumpsall earlier today (August 1).
Concerned members of the public had reported to officers that there had been a stabbing. A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson confirmed two people were injured amid a 'disturbance'.

Two men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of affray. The three suspects were taken into custody for questioning. Police said the incident was 'isolated' with 'no risk to the general public'.
