Two people have been arrested after police discovered a suspected cannabis farm at a building in Bolton. Police busted a property on Bradshawgate this morning (Thursday.) Around 2,500 plants, believed to be cannabis, were found inside.

Photographs from inside the building show a large amount of plants surrounded by electrical and storage equipment. A Tactical Aid Unit and a fire engine were both in attendance at the scene.
In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: “Police in Bolton uncovered a suspected cannabis farm in Bolton today. “Officers attended the address on Bradshawgate & discovered around 2,500 plants. “Two men have been arrested on suspicion of the cultivation of cannabis & remain in police custody for questioning.” Read more of today's top stories here READ NEXT:
