As every Premier League game will be televised for the rest of the season due to fans currently being unable to attend amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the two fixtures have been shifted in order to be broadcast after the latest game selections for TV coverage were announced on Monday.
Sunday's 1-0 victory over West Ham will be United's last match in the league for three weeks as they take on Leicester City in the FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday, which will then be followed by the first international break of 2021.
