Two mums have been arrested for neglect after taking their children night swimming in the cold sea. Rescuers were called to a beauty spot beach after a delivery driver raised the alarm over four children in the water on Tuesday night.
When police and coastguards arrived at Caswell Bay, near Swansea, the children were back on the sand and given blankets to warm up.
A 34-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in charge of a vehicle and child neglect, and a 33-year-old was held on suspicion of child neglect.
