The Glen Powell-led action-romance, also starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, is now available to rent/purchase on Prime Video and Apple TV+ for $19.99.
The film became an immediate smash hit upon its release in theaters last month, taking home an impressive $81.25 million during opening weekend — far above expectations, and propelling it to blockbuster status.
In addition to benefitting from nostalgia — “Twisters” is a standalone sequel to the 1996 disaster epic of the same name — it was also hugely popular on 4DX screens, boosting viewership from those appealed by an immersive experience.
