Tributes have been paid to a much-loved East Kilbride Boys' Brigade captain and former councillor who passed away suddenly on Saturday.Ian Harrow sadly died on his 63rd birthday in his St Leonards home due to breathing difficulties.The community stalwart was a former councillor - representing the East Kilbride West ward from 2017-2022 - and an active member of Claremont Parish Church.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
