The singer was snapped last year in LAThe woman said that prior to the March 24, 2016 incident, she'd had consensual sexual relations with the R&B artist, whose full name is Tremaine Aldon Neverson.
She said they were at a party at a house in Los Angeles Songz invited her to when they went upstairs for what she thought would be a consensual encounter.The Virginia-born entertainer had repeatedly pestered the woman if he could 'get that a**' as they headed up the staircase of the home, the woman said in court docs, adding that she had told him no and to cease asking.
