‘Transformers One’: Origins Story Animates Paramount’s CinemaCon Show With Trailer, 3D Footage, Johansson, Hemsworth & Henry

deadline.comCinemaCon this morning got a first look at the extended trailer for and a 3D scene from Paramount’s animated Transformers One.
The origins story is due for release on September 13. From Paramount Animation and Hasbro; in Association with New Republic Pictures, it’s directed by Josh Cooley.
Transformers One is the long-awaited origin tale of how the most iconic characters in the Transformers universe, Orion Pax and D-16, went from brothers-in-arms to becoming sworn enemies, Optimus Prime and Megatron.
This is the first animated Transformers movie in nearly 40 years. Chris Hemsworth stars as Orion Pax alongside Brian Tyree Henry as D-16 and Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1.
