A person has died after being found at a Greater Manchester railway station. Officers were called out to Bramhall station, in Stockport, shortly before 10pm on Saturday (November 2).
Eyewitnesses reported seeing emergency services at the station, off Bramhall Lane South in Bramhall. They remained at the scene until the early hours of Sunday morning.
In a statement issued today (Monday), British Transport Police (BTP) confirmed it attended the scene alongside paramedics. Tragically, a person was pronounced dead at the scene, BTP said.
