A bustling town set on the outskirts of Greater Manchester has been attracting more and more homeowners to up sticks from central areas for a better quality of life.
In the last few years estate agents have seen Horwich, a rural town within Bolton, become a property hotspot thanks to its open countryside, tight-knit community and affordable homes.
As demand to live in the sought-after area has soared, house prices have gone up by 10 percent since the peak in 2020.
