They were seen looking cosy last week, as they enjoyed a Sussex woodland break, with Chloe sharing pictures in a cabin with a private hot tub.
Jack was first linked to the TOWIE star in 2019, but reportedly later split in May 2021.They then sparked romance rumours in December last year, but no romance was confirmed.
Chloe has since confirmed that the couple are dating again, as she revealed to The Sun they are “seeing how things go” but are not “officially back together”.
