ITV Love Island's Molly Marsh strips off for ‘first-ever ice bath’ at fitness boot camp

Former Love Island star Molly Marsh stripped off into a bikini to take the cold plunge into her “first ever ice bath”, while attending a fitness boot camp.The Influencer and YouTube star has been keeping her followers updated on what she has been up to at the camp, and most recently shared a video as she jumped in and submerged her body up to her neck into the cold water.

In the black and white video shared to her Instagram stories, Molly can be seen taking her shoes off before being assisted into the ice bath.

Motivational cheers can be heard from behind the camera as Molly took some deep breaths. She captioned over the video: “Oh I did my first ever ice bath today”.

Considering it was her first time taking the plunge, Molly got in impressively quickly and without much complaining. Ice baths have soared in popularity over recent years thanks to Dutch motivational speaker Wim Hof, also known as the Ice Man.
