Tory minister Robert Jenrick defends visiting parents 40 miles away during coronavirus lockdown

During a media briefing, the spokesman said Robert Jenrick "set out in two different statements" the reasons for his journeys.
Paul Cosford, emeritus director of Public Health England (PHE), said Jenrick seemed to act "within the guidelines" by visiting his parents.
