Tool announce new destination festival with Mastodon, Primus and more
nme.comTool have announced a new destination festival set to take place in the Dominican Republic next year – find out more below.The festival, dubbed Tool In The Sand, has been labeled as an “all-inclusive” experience that is scheduled to take place across three days in March next year in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic across two resorts; the Hard Rock and Royalton resorts.Tool will perform two sets at the festival, which will also include sets from Mastodon, Primus, Coheed And Cambria, Eagles Of Death Metal, CKY, King’s X and more.
Alex Grey and Allyson Grey have been named as special guests.Tickets are only available in packages that come with a luxury resort room, unlimited food and drinks and entry to the three-day festival.
Each room will be able to accommodate two to four guests.Tool Army (fanclub) member pre-sales will begin on October 29 at 10am PST, with pre-sale codes being sent to their Tool Army accounts.
