Cynthia Littleton Business Editor TKO is forecasting a strong year ahead for WWE and UFC as the company disclosed fourth quarter and full-year 2024 earnings that reflect the cost of the $375 million legal settlement reached last fall with former UFC fighters.
For the quarter, TKO delivered total revenue of $642.2 million and adjusted earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization of $238.1 million.
For the full year, 2024 revenue came in at $2.804 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $1.251 billion. But net income for the full year sank to $6.4 million, down from $175.7 million in 2023, as the full cost of the settlement was taken as a 2024 charge.
TKO is forecasting top and bottom-line growth with its first investor guidance for 2025. Revenue for the full-year is expected to come in at $2.930 billion to $3 billion.
