The Bob Dylan biographical drama starring Timothée Chalamet gave Disney yet another strong start in the new year. In its fifth week, Disney’s “Mufasa: The Lion King” maintained its second-place position with $1.9 million, bringing its total to $32.2 million.
The prequel continues to draw family audiences, solidifying its place as one of the season’s strongest performers. Paramount’s “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” held firm in third, collecting $1.3 million during its fourth weekend.
The film has now amassed $27.3 million. Universal’s “Nosferatu” remained in fourth, earning $1.3 million in its third week. With a cumulative total of $13.3 million, the gothic horror reboot continues to hold its ground with genre enthusiasts.
