Ellise Shafer TikTok has unveiled its Discover List for 2025, featuring 50 creators from around the world who are redefining culture and making a positive impact — on and off the platform.

This year’s list is divided into five categories: educators, foodies, icons, innovators and originators. It includes Dasha, the country singer-songwriter whose song “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’)” sparked a viral dance craze; Reece Feldman, aka @guywithamoviecamera, who has used the platform to become Gen Z’s go-to for all things entertainment; and the Rapping Chef, who makes cooking fun to the tune of hip-hop favorites.

Despite the app’s future in the U.S. still looking uncertain, these creators remind us what TikTok is all about: learning and expressing yourself authentically.
