Due to the current coronavirus crisis, viewers slated the cooking tutorial, branding it "pointless" after members of the public have struggled to buy the tasty carbohydrate.
Viewers flocked to Twitter while James provided the recipe from his own kitchen, slamming the cooking tutorial for using pasta.
One said: "James Martin cooking on This Morning, a pasta dish!! Good luck with that recipe everyone." While another moaned: "What a pointless segment as none of us can make it with this pasta shortage!" A third added: "Are the doing this on purpose!!!
