This Morning star Ruth Langsford has been in the industry for a long-time, and has recently opened up about workplace sexism she's experienced.Appearing on Kate Thornton's White Wine Question Time podcast, the host talked about her career that started in regional TV and has led to her fronting one of daytime's biggest shows and running her own fashion range via QVC.As well as talking about how women are always called "bossy" whereas men aren't, Ruth recalled an incident where a male co-worker tried grabbing her bum.She said: "I remember years ago before I was on TV, when I was a transmission assistant, we had to take these big trays of tea around at the evenings for the VT and telecine engineers… it was all men."We had a little kitchenette.
