While she's been keeping a low profile and working on her author career recently, Fern Britton is firmly back on our screens after entering the Celebrity Big Brother house this week.

And she could be here to stay, as ITV's This Morning dropped a hint that her time on the channel isn't over, after she stepped down from a ten-year stint presenting the show back in 2009.

During Tuesday evening's episode of Celebrity Big Brother, Fern, 66, proved she hasn't lost her interviewing knack as she probed housemate Gary Goldsmith, who is Kate Middleton's uncle, and asked 'how much' he could reveal about the family.

She then moved onto Love Island star Ekin-Su, as fans saw the pair in a deep chat, with Fern listening and probing further. Following the episode, This Morning aired a clip of the broadcaster in action, and gushed over the pro for making great telly.
