As the show began, co-host Cat Deeley was curious about whether Dermot had a middle name.To everyone's surprise, he disclosed: "My first name is Sean, Sean Dermot O'Leary." Cat was taken aback by the news, expressing her astonishment with: "Your first name is Sean?
