ok.co.ukBen Shephard has made a tongue-in-cheek swipe at Cat Deeley's husband Patrick Kielty ahead of their debut as the permanent hosts of ITV's This Morning on Monday.
The presenter, 49, cheekily joked that while he'd never worked with Cat, 47, herself, he'd taken a lot of penalties against her husband Patrick during SoccerAid and "he's yet to save one".
Ben and Cat will become co-hosts on Monday, March 11 as they replace Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on This Morning after months of turmoil and rotating presenters.
While Ben and Cat have never worked together before, just days before they relaunch This Morning, Ben has reminisced about when they met during ITV's 2012 SoccerAid campaign.
