His Instagram post showcased various snaps of his youngest son Jack at different ages, including a couple with his eldest son Sam.
Ben recently celebrated Sam going off to university last September, at the time he captioned the post: "We dropped Sam at Uni - v v emotional (He's having a ball and has barely slept!)." The former Good Morning Britain star shares his two sons with wife Annie Shephard who he married in 2004.
The couple first met when they were students at the University of Birmingham, and are still going strong over 20 years later.
