The Christmas episode of ITV's This Morning is set to be an emotional one this year as Alison Hammond is surprised with a 'lovely' gift that makes her emotional.For the fourth year in a row, the two-hour special will return on Monday December 25 and will see hosts Alison, Dermot O'Leary, Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle joined by an array of special guests.Neighbours legend Alan Fletcher will be taking to the couch alongside Alexandra Burke and Gyles Brandreth, whilst John Torode will be dishing out tips for how to elevate your Christmas dinner.And things are set to get emotional when the hosts exchange Christmas gifts, the Mirror reports.Dermot says to Alison: "You’ve got something lovely.
