Tucked away among the trees on the water's edge between Urmston and Sale lies a converted shipping container serving up freshly roasted coffees, homemade pies and delicious sweet treats.
Located on the banks of the River Mersey and Trans Pennine Trail in Trafford, Riverbank Coffee was launched as an outdoor coffee shop and cafe during the first lockdown, and quickly became a much-needed escape for both its owners and customers.
A large part of the café's appeal - besides it's idyllic setting and top-notch food and drink - is that it can only be accessed by via stunning woodland and a riverside walk.
