The Sopranos prequel The Many Saints of Newark's release has been pushed back

Joe Rogan returned to the stand-up stage on Tuesday night where he dedicated some time to discuss the recent cultural scandal surrounding his podcast, "The Joe Rogan Experience."  The popular podcast host, whose show is exclusive to Spotify, has been the subject of scrutiny in recent days after musicians on the platform called him out for spreading COVID-19 misinformation as well as using racial slurs in past episodes. Rogan previously issued a video apology for the racial remarks and worked with the platform to remove dozens of old episodes he was no longer proud of.  However, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Rogan made light of the situation during a stand-up show in Austin, Texas.Tuesday in front of a crowd of fans and supporters.

The Sopranos prequel film The Many Saints of Newark has had its release date moved for the second time.The movie had been set to arrive on March 12 – a date that had already moved from September 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.The Many Saints of Newark, which is being produced by New Line Cinemas and released by Warner Bros., is now set to be released in cinemas and on HBO Max on September 24, as Variety reports.The move comes following the news last month that Warner Bros.

When news arrived that Warner Bros. was releasing all their major 2021 films day-and-date on HBO Max, the film industry was shaken, but there was one challenger who wouldn’t back, Legendary.

It looks like fans will still be able to watch Godzilla vs. Kong from the comfort of their own homes on the same day the movie hits theaters.

As we first told you on Dec. 22, Legendary and Warner Bros are poised to settle their fight over Godzilla vs. Kong, the fourth monster movie between the two which the former financed the $200M-plus production at 75%, with the movie keeping its simultaneous theatrical and HBO Max release date on May 21. Meanwhile, a settlement over whether Denis Villeneuve’s Dune goes theatrical and HBO Max day-and-date is still being hashed over between WarnerMedia and Legendary. That movie currently has a Oct. 1 release date.

The CW is officially not moving forward with Green Arrow and the Canaries, its planned spinoff from long-running superhero series Arrow. Green Arrow and The Canaries aired as an episode of Arrow‘s final season in January. The other outstanding CW planted spinoff, The 100 prequel, which aired as part of the survival drama’s final season, remains in contention.
