Captain Sir Tom Moore has been knighted by the Queen in a ceremony at Windsor Castle on Friday.The 100 year old became a monumental figure amid the coronavirus pandemic as he raised more than £32 million for the NHS.The veteran was joined by family for the occasion, including is daughter Hannah Ingram, son-in-law Colin Ingram, grandson Benji and granddaughter Georgia.The fitting occasion saw Captain Tom knighted by Queen Elizabeth, 94, just after 3pm and pictures have since emerged of the historic ceremony with the Queen using a sword which belonged to her father for the knighting.
