The Office actor David Koechner has once again been caught by the authorities allegedly drinking and driving.An Ohio State Trooper purportedly pulled him over after seeing him swerve on the road shortly before 2am on June 4, a law enforcement insider told TMZ.Koechner, 59, was ticketed for driving under the influence after the officer supposedly caught a whiff of alcohol on his breath.
