evoke.ieFans around the globe were over the moon when it was announced that the beloved book Normal People would be made into a TV show.
And with the show premiering in the coming days, we sat down with the cast to find out all the behind the scenes secrets of the show.
The 12 part drama is led by Daisy Edgar-Jones and Paul Mescal, both admitting it was a big undertaking. For Paul, it is his first role in television, while Daisy had appeared in several series in the UK but this is the first time she’s played a lead.
Speaking to EVOKE, Daisy and Paul admitted that there was a pressure to deliver to fans what they wanted and most importantly what they deserved.
