The Mysterines have cancelled their upcoming UK and EU tour.The Liverpool grunge-rock four-piece were due to kick off a string of autumn shows in Dublin on October 18.
However, today (August 31) they’ve announced that the dates won’t be going ahead.In a statement shared to Instagram, the band told fans it was “with a heavy heart” that they’re cancelling of all the planned tour dates “due to recent circumstances”.
It’s unclear exactly what the circumstances are.“We were incredibly excited to share this tour with you, but after careful consideration, it has been decided that it’s not the best decision for us at this time,” they said. “We sincerely apologise to everyone who was looking forward to seeing us perform, and we are deeply sorry for the disappointment this will cause.”“Please know that your support means the world to us,” they continued.
