A million-pound mansion in Greater Manchester has had a whopping £500,000 taken off its price tag after being on the market for nine months without finding a buyer.
The property in Sale, a desirable town in the centre of Trafford, was originally put up for sale for £1.5 million back in January this year, but its price has now been slashed to £1 million.
It comes as a recent report from Rightmove says that the number of homes on the market which have had a pride reduction is at its highest level in over a decade.
More than a third of properties have have had at least one price cut, which is the highest figure recorded since January 2011.
