The Masked Singer finale: fans make same complaint and threaten to 'switch off'

The Masked Singer fans are were furious last night during the ITV show's finale, with many threatening to turn off their TVs.

The show's finale saw Wolf, Dressed Crab and Pufferfish go head to head for first place. Judges Davina McCall, Maya Jama, Jonathan Ross and guest judge and recent winner, Danny Jones frantically attempted to guess which famous face was behind the eccentric costumes.The series winner, Pufferfish, was revealed as Samantha Barks, a singer and actor best known for the role of Éponine in Les Misérables.Dressed Crab who was revealed to be Grammy award-winning singer Gregory Porter was runner-up.Wolf, who finished in third place, was Marti Pellow, former lead singer of the pop group Wet Wet Wet.Meanwhile, Mo Gilligan was missing from the panel for the second time in a row.

Last week, Mo missed the semi-final and now the final due to a clash in his schedule as he is touring in America, reported The Mirror.Viewers vented their frustrations about the singing competition on Reddit.

A common complaint was the challenging clues provided to the guessing panel each series. One viewer said: "I think the clues are too hard to work out who people are."I get not putting includes that are too obvious but this year's feels so hard, I can hardly work out any!"" Another chimed in: "Make the clues less complicated!
