Coronavirus infection rates have risen in all ten boroughs of Greater Manchester, according to the latest data. Trafford continues to have the highest rate in the region, with 516.5 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending December 5, according to the latest data from the UK Health Security Agency.
The lowest infection rate is in Bolton, where the rate is 317.8 cases per 100,000 people. In Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate is now 409.1 - lower than the national average of 502.4.
