May half term is here - and although it’s great news for the kids, it can be tricky to keep little ones entertained. Luckily, there are lots of things to do right on our doorstep.
Knowsley Safari is always a popular day out, and this half time is hosting an extra special event. This week it’s home to a Seaside Carnival, where the whole family can ‘soak up a traditional seaside vibe’.
Kids can take part in carnival skills workshops, and try their hand at pier-themed games inducing Coconut Shy, Tin Can Alley and Hook-A-Duck.
You can also relax on the sand with an ice cream and enjoy entertainment from live performing, including stilt walkers. The carnival is running from May 25 to June 2, with 25per cent off tickets if you book in advance.
