Black cabs have been wrapped in Chanel's signature gold ahead of the fashion house's huge show in Manchester next week. Chanel announced earlier this year that it would hold its Métiers d'Art show in Manchester city centre for the first time ever this December.
But details of the show have been kept a closely-guarded secret by the fashion brand. A huge structure, believed to be an outdoor catwalk, is currently being erected in the Northern Quarter with the main event set to take place in Thomas Street on December 7.
Hundreds of vehicles are said to have been booked to ferry models and guests from their hotels to High Street where they will be dropped off for the show.
Earlier this month, some electric black cabs which were booked for the event were given a makeover.
