The CW will air the K-pop music festival KCON LA 2024 live on Sunday, July 28, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT. KCON is a three-day festival celebrating K-pop.
Throughout the day, various fan activities and live performances will be held, culminating in three huge nights of concerts produced by CJ ENM.
The festival will take place from July 26 to 28 at the LA Convention Center, Gilbert Lindsay Plaza, and Crypto.com Arena. “We are beyond excited to partner with The CW to bring the electrifying M Countdown at KCON LA 2024 live to national primetime television,” said Harry, H.K.
Shin, Head of Music Entertainment, CJ ENM. “This historic broadcast is a testament to the incredible community of K-pop fans who have made these groups global sensations.” KCON started as a single-day event in Irvine in 2012 and has evolved into a global platform to celebrate K-pop and Korean culture.
