Kris Boyd believes Connor Goldson has been the key to his old club's sensational early season form. Steven Gerrard's side hold a nine point lead at the top of the Premiership, albeit having played two games more than Celtic, while conceding just three goals.
And while the focus was very much on the attackers after an 8-0 win over Hamilton, Boyd believes it's one of the men at the other end who is making a big difference.
