A petrol station boss in Salford which cut fuel prices in a bid to offer the cheapest fuel in the country has dropped prices once again, claiming to now be ‘around 30p cheaper than the supermarkets’.
The Limes Service Station, situated on Manchester Road in Walkden, significantly dropped its prices for petrol and diesel earlier this month.
Since July 14, the station has been offering unleaded at 169.9p and diesel at 185.9p with drivers flocking to the tanks in order to save monkey.
Co-director Hassan Mohammed has announced today (July 26) that prices at the Limes station have dropped even further to continue to help people during the cost of living crisis.
