The Chase's Paul Sinha has come clean on his former gambling addiction in a breathtakingly honest interview - and also revealed how he gets his new ‘high’.
The star - known on the hit ITV quiz show as The Sinnerman - said he "can't think of anything positive that came from the gambling addiction".
He told Kate Thornton's White Wine Question Time podcast if he saw his 16-year-old self, he would tell him "never, ever, ever walk into a betting shop in your life, because that's the one avenue of error where I don't think any positivity came out of it at all, just a lot of financial losses".
