Amazon shoppers are racing to get a 'sweet' and 'feminine' perfume that's down to an impressive £12.50. Elizabeth Arden's 5th Avenue has been praised for its longevity, feminine scent and price.
Elizabeth Arden's 5th Avenue dates back to the 1990s where it was quite normal for scents to have a lot more notes than we typically see today.
It opens up with lime, lily-of-the-valley, lilac, magnolia, bergamot and mandarin orange. The heart takes a complex turn with jasmine, tuberose, ylang-ylang, Bulgarian rose, peach, violet, carnation and nutmeg.
Elizabeth Arden's 5th Avenue's base is a blend of classic notes such as musk, iris, sandalwood, amber, vanilla and cloves. Ann Gottlieb worked on the nose who also crafted Marc Jacob's Dot and Honey.
